High Load after sometime (need reboot)

Omg, (need reboot), need restart service.

    Hi,

My Zabbix after a while gets very slow, congested. I need to reboot every 24 to normalize the load.

    Below the load
    Number of hosts (monitored/not monitored/templates) 2188 1899 / 6 / 283
    Number of items (monitored/disabled/not supported) 40897 40708 / 5 / 184
    Number of triggers (enabled/disabled)[problem/unknown/ok] 29941 28759 / 1182 [152 / 0 / 28607]
Required server performance, new values per second 138.84

I have much external checks, ping and snmp.

My MySQL has a good health, cpu, iops and memory ok.

Zabbix and MySQL run on separate machines. My network is stable in latency and no lost packets.
My zabbix run in VMWARE ESXI, virtual machine have 8GB RAM, 8 cores 2.4GHz, SCSI disk.

My Zabbix version 2.0 in FreeBSD 9

    My conf.
