hi to all,
i have a question: i've got some servers that are natted, so i can't keep open the port 10050 (in some cases i can do a portforward on the gateway/fw/router, but in some no)
i've tryied to switch some items to "ZABBIX agent (active)" and i can tell that it works (i see the green leds) but in Hosts configuration i see also "Timeout while connecting to [asterisk]" of course because the zabbix_server can't connect to the machine running zabbix_agentd on port 10050
it is the right way? or there is another procedure to monitor servers behind a nat/firewall? i think that if it can't connect, i'll see the host as "down" in the maps (i haven't used maps for now, but i'll do it later, when the setup is complete)
another question is: what are zabbix_agent (not agentd) and zabbix_sender?
thanks!
