MPLS LSP monitoring with ZAbbix 1.8.2

Hi ,

I have a requirement where I have to monitor 40 MPLS LSP utilistion ,transition,uptime etc.
By looking on zabbix SNMP moniting the only option is base oid.
InOctets["index","ifDescr","GigabitEthernet0/1"]
I have to monitor the exntended Long OID.As every LSP has its own extnede OID.
Please help how can I use Zabbix to poll all these values.
