I need more information about the database of zabbix ... in MySQL
What we need is to generate a counter in a Business Intelligence software with the availability of a business process.
How we intend to generate the availability of a business process?
Creating a map with a component "virtual" associated to assets (for example servers) that support this business process.
Ex: The business process "Sales" is sustained for 2 servers. On the map we will create an entity "Sales" to be connected to these two servers.
What do you suggest to find the table and field in the database of zabbix?
We would try to deal with tables and fields through queries that will be performed by BI software to create a dashboard of business process.
At first we need to know the tables and fields that holds the item availability.
We understand that if we can set up a dashboard like this, by analogy, we will create others.
