    Hello everybody,

    What would be the best way to stop the SLA on the service it when an event has already started to count SLA?

    I'm not able to understand exactly how the options of "time":

    Uptime - service uptime
    Downtime - service State Within this period Does Not Affect SLA.
    One-time downtime - the single downtime. Service State Within this period Does Not Affect SLA.
    Add the respective hours.
