Question about host discovery in Zabbix 1.8.15: The Monitoring --> Events --> Discovery page shows me a lot of "Up" events for IP addresses that are not in use. Some IP addresses are listed "Lost", "Up", and "Discovered" at the same time. Others don't have a "Host" state at all, even though the "Service" state is "Up".
This is highly confusing. The documentation on https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...auto-discovery doesn't explain this. What exactly does it mean when Zabbix generates an event saying an IP address is "Up"?
