Changing the text of the host inventory fields?

Hi,
Is it possible to change the actual text of the host inventory fields globally for all hosts?
We have a set of key pieces of information that we'd like to have listed for each machine, and while we can put them in the fields directly, the labels will likely confuse users. Is there a way to change these labels?

For example the Software application A-F fields, could I make them into:
Customer Facing
Reliant Services
Dependent Services
etc...
