I've got a little question.
If you put a host, host group or trigger element on a map then you can have different icons for "Normal", "Problem", "Maintenance" and the "Disabled" Status of the triggers of this element.
But, "Informational" and / or "not Classified" triggers are seen as a problem. ?!?!
Is there a possibility to "Classify" the "Informational" and "Not Classified" trigger NOT as a problem?
