I am pretty new to Zabbix and so far think it is very impressive! Well done to all.
I am trying to monitor a number of Windows servers, a couple of which have the same hostnames eg something simple like 'SERVER' but are on different networks completely. I can add the first server no problem but when trying to add the second with the same name I receive the message 'ERROR: Cannot add host, Host with the same name "SERVER" already exists.'
Is there a special way I need to configure the agents on the servers or within Zabbix to allow this?
As a test I am using the Zabbix 2.0 appliance with Windows agents version 2.0.2.
