Hi everyone,
I an a zabbix newbie and am interesting in using this tool to supplant Mercury Interactive's sitescope which I use to monitor uptime on my network.
One challenge that I have is that my data center and application rely heavily on CIFS. I manage 200TB of NAS storage, and while the head units are very stable, the CIFS shares sometimes are not.
Has anyone had experiancing of monitoring a CIFS share or can someone help me develop a strategy to test the Share is active.
My NAS devices (BlueArc) are FPGA based and do not run an OS.
Thanks in advance, for any help.
