I’m trying to monitor Cisco PIX 501 v6.3. Unfortunately can’t import templates for this device which I found so presume they are for older version of Zabbix.
For my ASA Firewall I used “Template SNMP Interfaces” which does what I need perfectly fine but it doesn’t fork on my PIX. Finally I found I don’t have SNMP v2 on my device only v1 so this is probably the problem. I’ve cloned the template and changed SNMP version in Items and Discovery so Zabbix has recognized interfaces on PIX. However graphs don’t show any data and SNMP status is “Timeout while connecting to “xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:161”.
Could somebody advise me what I can do with this problem please? Maybe where I can get template for PIX and Zabbix 2.0.6.
