How to use a HTTP/SOAP or SNMP adapter instead of a JMX adapter?

I would like to monitor some custom services which runs on the remote Host.

Now my concern is that

How to use a 1. HTTP/SOAP or SNMP adapter instead of a JMX adapter?

I know that ZABBIX supoorted for JMX monitoring, however

Is it supported by zabbix? to communicate with 1. http 2. SOAP 3. SNMP adapters
