SNMP Traps Confused

I am trying to send up SNMP Traps to be graphed into zabbix.

Right now im just pulling SNMP from a server but setup it to bring traps.

I tested my trap by snmpget and i know its working

But i am confused as to how to set it up on zabbix to show.

I am following this guide

But i have some confusion about snmptrap[regex]


Do i put my OID in regex field?

Also will following this guide be sufficient in having it work? So basically i just add the items after in the host and it should show?
