To configure scheduled "web scenario"

it's possibile from web console to configure scheduled web scenario?
Example: scenario is running from h1 to h2 and from h3 to h4 con
h1--> 8 AM
h2 --> 11 AM
h3 --> 3 PM
h4 --> 6 PM
