Is there a way to setup a trigger in Zabbix 2.0 for a specific application error?
We have about 10 PCs hooked up to laboratory instruments. Occasionally, they experience a application error overnight which stops the current sample run for that instrument. The supervisors of that section would like an email/text alert sent to them when this happens.
I mentioned to them that Zabbix might be able to accomplish this. I'm just unsure as to how I should proceed.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
