We are facing a problem with integrating out network element which sends SNMPV3 based traps. Is there any mandatory requirement that the "SNMP engine ID" of the network element/agent must be configured at the Zabbix side for the traps to successfully processed? Is there any work around without configuring the agent SNMP engine ID in the Zabbix side?
