Monitor Memory, CPU load for Windows specific application e.g. Chrome, other .exe

Really need your help on the topic, I managed to monitor specific app using {Zabbix NBProc.num[chrome.exe].last()}=0. But now I need to monitor if the chrome uses more than 2 GB from my memory and triggers alert. Please help and Thanks!
