How do you setup encrypted agent

Hi All,

I'm a complete beginner using Zabbix and have been asked to setup encrypted agents on our Windows and Linux servers,

Does anyone have an idiots guide please with step by step instructions for setting this up including certs ect?

I've trawled YouTube and forums but not been able to find much information,
