Time response diffrence between web scnario and brewser in the same web page.

Hello...I need to monitor the response time of a web page, to know the user experience. Using Web scenario the time response is much lower than using a web browser.is this right ?, How can to configure web scenario so that i can obtain a time response similar to a web browser in real world ??
