We are trying to move away from the normal e-mail integration into our call logging systems, in this case BMC ITSM and I want to know is there anyone that has gotten it working correctly the plan is to do it through web services
I have found this https://www.zabbix.org/wiki/Docs/specs/ZBXNEXT-2033 but they talk about an patch for the frontend and I cannot find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated
