log "Cannot obtain information for file"

Hi,
using Zabbix 3.4.12, zabbix server logfile shows:

   
758:20180820:171903.444 item "Zabbix server:log[{$SMSD_LOG_FILE},(Exited|Cannot)]" became supported
752:20180820:171934.668 item "Zabbix server:log[{$SMSD_LOG_FILE},(Exited|Cannot)]" became not supported: Cannot obtain information for file "/var/log/smsd/smsd.log": [2] No such file or directory

How to interprete those 2 lines ?

After the first line, i can see the Log Text in latest data so the permissions are correct and the file exists.
After the second line, the item is greyed out.
