I have wondered how can I create different service levels to different group or hosts.
What I actually mean is example this situation.
Customer A has six machines (hosts).
Two machines has service level 24/7/365.
Two machines has service level 08-21 monday to friday.
Two machines has service level 08-16 monday to friday.
So my problem is, how to create alert filters as described above.
I want to receive alerts for these machines only in the service level, not otherwise.
Can I create some kind of alert blackout for lower service levels or how can I do this?
And I do not mean here IT service or SLA-counting.
