Problems: showing only problems with services, not another problems

Hi,
Im using default Windows template. Im geting mail notifications about not running services, Disku full, Disk load etc ... This work great.

But when im checking Dashboard - Widget problems or Monitoring>Problems *check attached screenschot*
I can see only problems with services. No HW problems other type of problems.

Help will be appreciated.
