Mapping Application(exe,batch file) to Zabbix

Hi,

I have configured my Windows Host with Zabbix server.
I have an Executable which I need to run through test.bat file. And Catch the output of the executable and show in Monitoring View(i.e. the Exe is run successfully or not).

Please someone help with useful suggestion for doing this.
