Telegram Alter doesn't work when Proxy server has internet connection problem.

Hi Zabbix experts,

Network diagram same as below

IDC Internet..................................... Office Internet
...|................... Metro Internet.......................|
Zabbix -------------------------------------------- Zabbix
Server .................................................. ....Proxy

I already set up telegram alert and it's working well on Zabbix server side but when the proxy server has internet problem the telegram alert doesn't work even though Metro internet is working...

so when the zabbix proxy's internet come back to normal I receive the alert message.

I already checked the telegram egress is IDC Internet on Zabbix server using tcpdump and firewall log.

Can you help me why the telegram doesn't work when the zabbix proxy has internet problem?
