I've been receiving alerts from hosts that are supposed to be down (standard "agent is unreachable for 5 minutes" alert), for a minute or two, but when I get to the "latest" data section and review the Agent Ping graph, I see no downtime or loss of data whatsoever. The graph is a flat line of 1 (up).
I'm using Zabbix 4.0
Those hosts which gave the false down state are being monitored from a Proxy. The proxy itself can lose one or two pings to the zabbix central server from time to time (I decided to set a simple check and see if they lost connection), but never longer than a minute. I'm not sure about how is the information being stored in the Proxy (more specifically, if the proxy is keeping the missing information to fill the gap later in the zabbix server), or how can I track the alerts, to see when and why did it pop up, if the graph is stable and shows no connection loss at all.
