Monitoring the start/stop of using a app with a report amount of time this app works

Have the next task:
Our company has 30+ workplaces (windows XP) with preinstalled Zabbix agent.
Each PC using a single app (.exe).
Need monitoring the running time of this application.
For each host assigned template "Template OS Windows".
I try to create a Trigger in this template with expressions like a {Server 202
roc.num[SimPack.exe].last(0)}=0... but I`m not sure what it is right way...
But now I am stuck on the moment, how to set the parameter universally for all computers that use this template so as not to create separate triggers for each host separately?
And how to create reports better with export to csv format with all timings.
