not understanding how to set up Simple Check

Suppose I create a new host foo.example.com. foo does not have an agent running on it. I just want to monitor that ssh is running on that host.

I link the template 'Template App SSH Service'.

Result: It starts checking whether ssh is running on the Zabbix server (127.0.0.1) -- not on foo.example.com.

What do I need to change so it checks if ssh is running on foo?
