So... I have this setup:
The Zabbix server in the Secure (Server 1) environment cannot send notifications (Email or SMS).
The Zabbix server in the Internet-facing (Server 2) environment is configured to send notifications (Email and SMS).
The two servers are required (Need the Frontend/GUI in both environments).
My question is : how can I pass the check results from Server 1 to Server 2 in order to be able to get external notifications?
I have tried every combination of Active/Passive configuration without luck. The only way I found is through some non-elegant scripting, zabbix_sender and trapper items (not optimal)
Am I missing something obvious or does anyone have an idea on how to do this?
