I have configured an email alert, whenever any service goes down on my server the alert is received to a particular email id (ex [email protected]), which is working fine.
I need to configure another email alert for all the services so that if any service is continuously down for (5 min or more) the alert should be sent to different email id (ex [email protected]).
The previous alerts on ([email protected]) should also be received along with, if that service remains down for continuous 5 min it should send the email alert only one time to [email protected].
Please help me with the above configuration if possible, and do let me know in case of any requirement.
