Conditional Application with Low Level Discovery

I'm trying to add some Items to an Application during Low Level Discovery depending on the name of the Item contains some string. For instance: when discovering the interfaces of a switch, if the portname contains the word "wifi", the item is added to the "WiFi" application else not.

Anybody knows how I could do this?
