Hi everyone!
I'm currently conducting a PoC of Zabbix and Check_MK in my environment and, while I prefer Zabbix, Check_MK fulfills one requirement that we have and that is the auto expiration of an acknowledgement (via the Enterprise version, of course). I have not been able to find anything within Zabbix that can do this. I've even tried to offload the notifications to an even correlation tool like alerts.io to get the shelving feature which does work but it's not as granular as I'd like it to be (can only pick between 2h, 4h, and 8h). This is the one and only thing that will prevent us from being able to use Zabbix in our environment. I really could use a way to be able to do this or, at the very least, create a dashboard where I can see only acknowledged problems and how long they've been acknowledged. Even a script that can be run via from to manually expire alerts would probably help us tremendously.
