This is my first post here, so please forgive me if I'm going about this the wrong way.
We are using Zabbix (4.0.6) to capture certain event logs with the key format of eventlog[ ]. When it finds the log, the value it returns is a string similar to this: Completed Chef Client run 9a87bab6-4f3f-4789-8671-7b75681ad0c0 in 68.697203 seconds
What I'm looking to do is trim or isolate that string so that it only returns the bold portion. From there, we are going use that value in Grafana to chart average runtimes.
I've been experimenting with Regular Expression in preprocessing, but I'm not experienced with Regex and have had a rough go of it so far. I also checked out the trim functions and they don't seem to be the right way to do this either.
Does anyone know the best way for me to go about that?
