Zabbix agent issues after saved state (pause) on hyper-v

Hi, We use the zabbix agent on windows and notice that the agent sends item values with an old timestamp after the virtual machine in which the agent runs is put into a saved state, a pause. When the saved state took for example 10 minutes, then as soon as the virtual machine is resumed the zabbix agent sends the item values with a timestamp 10 minutes earlier compared to the actual time. Also the queue shows that items are delayed which is in fact not true but this is caused by the wrong time stamp. The windows time is automatically corrected when the virtual machine is resumed, so it is certainly not caused by the windows clock. This issue can, as far as i know, only be solved by restarting the agent service.
Can this be solved somehow, is it a bug, or is it by design?
    Thanks !
    Peter
