How to add values to the counter in the past time

Hi!
Some equipment sends data at random times:
Time1 - DATA1
Time2 - DATA2
etc...
I need the DATA1 value to be displayed at the time of Time1
e.g.
At 12 o'clock the data was received that at 5 am the value of DATA = 125. And in the system the value of 125 is displayed at 5 am and not at 12 pm
