Monitor MySQL service in Azure

Hi!

We have moved all our MySQL databases to Azure MySQL service. All we have to connect to MySQL is:
server name: ourservername.mysql.database.azure.com
username: username@ourservername
password: *********

Any ideas - how can we monitor this server from Zabbix? Zabbix server is installed inside our office. We can access MySQL from our office.
