How to change a problem severity when the icmp recover

Hi everyone,

I want to achieve the following:

When icmp unavailable to host: problem severity to High
When icmp is recover: problem severity change from High to Warning
So, I can manually acknowledge it and close it.

How can I achieve this as I do not see any option to change severity automatically in the trigger?
