The system at work is running Zabbix 3.2 -
The way it is currently set up is it monitors a bunch of Windows Services on a bunch of servers and if any of the services stop it will email and send an email-based SMS.
I have followed the template over and over and I cannot find the part where it says if the service is down send an email and email-sms.
Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction? I have checked the Zabbix Documentation on the website and this has not been helpful.
It says that it should be in Configuration > Actions then I would click on the Action and go to Operations and in this area would be how the notifications should be set up.
However, the only thing here is it is running a remote command to auto-restart that service.
