How can I monitor the volume of a specific logical directory in Linux CentOs?

I already have a configuration item for mounted filesystem directory, with key "vfs.fs.size[/mnt/sdb1,pfree]", but I need to know in real time the used volume and how much files there is in a directory of a application's service: "/mnt/sdb1/volume_4"...
