Hello everybody,
I'm pretty new to Zabbix and I inherited a quite large instance where something works, something does not...
I found by coincidence that if some check fails to retrieve the value, this is not reported as a problem, for instance this was in the agent log file
22018:20191016:152541.952 active check "vfs.fs.size[/opt/some_path,pfree]" is not supported: Cannot obtain filesystem information: [13] Permission denied
and in order to find some info about this serious issue the UI, I had to open Monitoring=>Latest data. This serious problem was only indicated in Info column (exclamation mark in the red box with short description). This is probably an expected behaviour, however I would prefer to make Zabbix more "strict" and report every such failed attempt check as a problem, or at least to see the list of the problems in some report (no matter if in the UI or query directly the DB) as to inspect every logfile would be really time consuming.
Please, what would be the recommended way to see all of the active checks that cannot retrieve values?
Thanks a lot
Pavel
