I want to get one E-Mail if there is an entry in the eventlog more than two times over the last 60 minutes.

I'm using the eventlog[] item for windows. I can make a trigger for events. But I don't know how to configure it to have this event happen two or three times before a mail is send out. Also the .nodata-workaround always sends two mails. Is there a way to get only one?
Is this possible with Zabbix or do I need to make powershell workaround for this?
