tr_status.php page return empty results but mysql table has many

I am not sure what is wrong, my zabbix frontend trigger summary page returns nothing. I selected all groups, all hosts, any status.

mysql> select count(*) from triggers;
+----------+
| count(*) |
+----------+
| 8290 |
+----------+

even select last 24 hours return 115 rows.

Please help. It is urgent. Thanks a lot.
