MongoDb monitoring with Zabbix - not using mikoomi

HI everyone,
I'm searching for a template example/ model/ help to monitor MONGODB, and so far the only "working" one, was the plugin created by Mikoomi, which proved to have some issues, specially the need for PHP on the "mongo node to monitor".

I'm rather new with zabbix, and I'm working hard to get it working as fine as possible, and right now MONGODB is scaping from me...
Can anyone help me?
