Get correct IP's of active agents behind firewall

Hi all,
I need some help regarding my firewall and active agents issue. My clients are running active agents and they are able to register themselves to my server (4.4).. but their IP's all same (which might be the caused by firewall/NAT).
Is there a method to get " Agent interfaces" filled by agent's real IP? e.g: acquire this value from agents.
