How execute remote commands for a limited machine group and status

Hello.
I'm having problems to execute remote commands under the following conditions:

• Windows machine only.
• Windows system is included in a group.
• System must be powered on / zabbix agent status on.

Remote command is executed but zabbix tries to run it even if the system is down. This machine was down at 06:50 AM. This is the action log.

I have defined a global script, a discovery rule, an action and a host group. I can't find what's wrong.
