Cannot create item: item with the same key, (Cannot delete items)

    Hello everyone,

I am in a need of help with an issue on zabbix with using discovery rules (LLD).

For some reason i dont seem to be able to delete some items that where created with a host,

The problem started like this. I wanted to remove a host to recreate it later so i unlinked and cleared the custom template i have for it and the items where gone.. or so i tought.

After creating the host again with same everything using the same template and name it now gives me a Cannot create item: item with the same key (insertkey) Already Exists. which wont let me monitor the items again on the host because it wont create them again.

    Things i have already tried.
1.-place a 0 on Keep lost resources, then apply a macro filter for it to "lose" the resources or items and then delete them instantly. Problem is since its not the original host they are not his items and so they do not get deleted.

    2.-Run Housekeeper. Didnt work.

3.- Create a clone template with diferent keys on the discovery rule. the key does change but it says they are still the same and they already exists so the discovery rule wont create them again.

4.- Look for them on mySQL database, Problem is since the original host no longer exists using he hostid is not possible to find the items. And looking for them 1 by 1 did not work either they seem to be gone from the Items table completely or maybe i just dont know where to look? Some advice would be appreciated.

So My issue is i want to know if there is a way to delete these orphaned items from the original host that wont link again to the new one so the discovery rule can recreate them again. Either by deleting them on the DB or some other way. or tell me if i did something wrong on my steps.
Maybe some guidance on mysql to find them or on the gui please.

Here is an image of the error. As you can see im trying to monitor some APs. I have many hosts using the template this host is using a clone template the original one is the same i just made the second one to not destroy the other host items. thats why it has an X. but not even changing the Key with an X makes a difference or the entire key name since the Access point names will never change.
