    Additional Rhel repositories

For zabbix server 4.4.7, the current operating system is Rhel 7.7. Centos repositories are used as additional package repositories for installing zabbix. According to our organization’s policy, it was decided to use Rhel repositories instead of Centos repositories. Zabbix web interface requires additional packages that are not available in the basic installation. The documentation for installing zabbix on Rhel 7 says that to install the web interface, you need to activate the repository of optional rpm packages with the command:
    yum-config-manager --enable rhel-7-server-optional-rpms

At the same time, for zabbix 5 it is recommended to install php from the Red Hat Software Collections repository by connecting it with the command:
    yum-config-manager --enable rhel-7-server-optional-rpms.

Do not tell me, maybe someone has experience using zabbix on Rehl - to install a zabbix server and later install additional software (python. Perl)
it will be enough to purchase Rhel subscriptions for additional packages - Red Hat Software Collections and Rhel Server Optionalrepository or preferably
    to purchase any other subscriptions?
