Setup fails - where is the log file?

Hi,

I did a fresh install of Zabbix 4.4 on CentOS 7 using Postgres. Zabbix setup says it cannot connect to the database, where I see in the Postgres logs that it can connect and actually does.
Where can I find additional info on what is going wrong?
