Zabbix anonymous email alerts

Hi Team ,

As i am getting anonymous email notification alerts from zabbix.There is no triggers are triggered but its sending 24 hours back triggered notifications.I did some changes and followed this link

but still i am getting notification.Can you please anyone help me out from this.
