{EVENT.OPDATA} not showing on emails

Hi there,

Just a minor issue, but one that's reasonably important! We have operational data we want to see for a lot of our triggers, but for some reason it's not being populated in the emails.

All templates have it:

Problem started at {EVENT.TIME} on {EVENT.DATE}
Problem name: {EVENT.NAME}
Host: {HOST.NAME}
Severity: {EVENT.SEVERITY}
Operational data: {EVENT.OPDATA}
Original problem ID: {EVENT.ID}
{TRIGGER.URL}

But it's not showing anything - despite there being data in quite a few of our triggers.
